2014 Regal 35 Sport Coupe

Introduced in 2012, the Regal 35 Sport Coupe is a luxury-class cruiser whose single-level cockpit is made even more enjoyable by a full-width sliding hardtop. Air Conditioning keeps the fully enclosed cockpit comfortable, and a slide-away back seat extends aft at the push of a button up to create a large sun pad. A walk-thru windshield provides access to the foredeck. Below deck, the open-plan interior of the 35 Sport Coupe features a vast L-shaped sofa in the main salon, whose seatback lifts to extend the berth behind, converting what first appears to be a mini-berth into a full queen-size bed - very clever. There are two small sofas facing each other in the aft cabin where a 32" flat screen TV is mounted on the port bulkhead. A full-service galley to port features an induction cooktop, stainless -steel refrigerator, microwave, and Corian countertop. A privacy curtain separates the forward berth from the mid-cabin. Note the in-floor storage compartment. The transom sun lounge with multi-=position backrest, teak cockpit table, and LED cockpit lights are standard. 

This vessel did take on water during this areas extreme cold weather event in February 2020.  The boat was pumped out, hauled out and all the engines were running within hours.  The ECU's did not go under.  She has been thoroughly repaired per the Surveyor requirements and is now ready for sale.    

A survey was conducted on this vessel 01/18/2023.  The surveyor was also the adjuster on the February 2020 incident.  He writes in his January 2023 report:

"Vessel, during freeze incident in 2021, took on a small amount of water in cabin. No observations or damages present from that incident."
